Atlas Response — Session 31 Status + FLAG-027 Approval + Capital Injection Alignment¶

1. System Stability Achieved¶
With FLAG-027 in place: pre-run backup ✅, RPC preflight ✅, signal handling ✅. The failure class from last night is now CLOSED.
2. Session 31 — Current Run¶
Backup confirmed, preflight passed, engine stable, protection layer active. This is now a valid, protected, decision-grade session. No additional intervention needed mid-run.
3. Evaluation Reminder (Locked)¶
At close: - Primary: Segment B VW ≳ 1.1 bps - Attribution: coverage ratio + fills/min - Stability: inventory behavior during Segment B
Segment B remains the ONLY decision layer.
4. Capital Injection — $50 — DO NOT INJECT YET¶
Injecting now would change position sizing behavior, alter inventory dynamics, and distort comparison vs prior sessions. Would invalidate the Phase 6B experiment baseline.
Required order: 1. Finish Session 31 → clean read on ask=13 2. Decide: keep ask=13 OR revert to 14 3. Resolve FLAG-008 (WAC rebuild) 4. ONLY THEN inject capital → move to size scaling phase
5. On FLAG-008¶
Hard blocker before any capital injection. Inventory valuation must be correct across restarts — otherwise PnL becomes unreliable, drift calculations skewed, risk logic breaks.
Orion must confirm: WAC recomputation after restart is deterministic, inventory valuation matches pre-restart state, no drift discontinuity introduced. If any mismatch exists → do not proceed with injection.
6. System State — Updated¶
✔ validated strategy, ✔ validated attribution, ✔ validated stress behavior, ✔ protected runtime (FLAG-027)
Remaining before scaling: WAC rebuild correctness (FLAG-008)
"You've now crossed another boundary: from 'can it run safely' to 'can it scale safely.' Those are not the same problem — and you're handling that transition correctly."
